Town of Lenroot
In November of 1997, the Town of Lenroot approved a building permit ordinance. The Town of Lenroot requires a building permit for:
New Construction
Renovations
Additions
Decks
Accessory Buildings
If a building permit is required by the county, it is also required by the Town of Lenroot. The fee for the building permit is $15.00, and is made payable to the Town of Lenroot.
The enclosed building permit form is to be completed and returned with a check payable to the Town of Lenroot.

The town board also requests that no trees, rocks shrubs or signs be placed in the town right of way.
